Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks related to budgets, schedules, design, constructability, regulatory compliance, labor availability, supply chain disruptions, and operations before they become project issues. 10+ years of progressively responsible experience managing complex ground-up development and construction projects, preferably in Class A or luxury housing including senior living, multifamily housing, hospitality, healthcare, or comparable development experience.
