This role provides hands-on field leadership of craft construction crews – electricians, powerline technicians, and other skilled trades – directly supervising site superintendents, foremen, and subcontractor crews to ensure work is executed safely, to specification, and in alignment with the overall program plan. While the Program Manager retains overall program accountability – including client relationship, financial performance, and program governance – the Construction Manager owns the day-to-day leadership and execution of the physical craft work, providing the field-level decision-making, sequencing, and crew supervision needed to keep construction on track.
