Under the direction of clinical leadership, the Medical Assistant ensures efficient clinical operations by scheduling patient appointments, gathering and organizing patient data and forms, communicating with referring providers and patients, and supporting seamless care delivery for children with chronic conditions. The Medical Assistant (MA) is an integral member of Clarity Pediatrics interdisciplinary care team, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurse care coordinators, community health workers, psychologists, and therapists.
