This position plays a key role in assembling components, supporting yard operations, and keeping our facility running smoothly. No two days are the same—and your work truly matters.What You’ll DoYou’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for building, moving, and maintaining quality products and workspaces. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Assemble components and subassemblies by following blueprints, work instructions, and verbal guidance</li><li>Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assemblies safely and accurately</li><li>Inspect and test parts and finished products to ensure high quality standards</li><li>Prepare completed products and components for shipment</li><li>Keep the facility and yard clean, organized, and operating efficiently—including the trailer yard, warehouse, slab, and equipment areas</li><li>Operate tractors and forklifts to stage, move, load, and unload boat trailers and pallets</li><li>Assist with unloading and building trailers to ensure everything is done right the first time</li><li>Cross‑train in other departments and grow your skills as business needs evolve</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Starting pay at $18.00 per hour</li><li>Pay based on experience and skills</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Medical and dental insurance available after 60 days</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Paid holidays</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>A strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li><li>Comfort using tools and working in an active, hands‑on environment</li><li>Team players who take pride in quality work and a clean, safe workplace</li></ul>
