This work requires the occasional exertion of up to 15 pounds of force; work regularly requires speaking or hearing, using hands to finger, handle or feel, frequently requires standing and sitting and occasionally requires walking, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling; reaching with hands and arms, pushing or pulling and lifting; work requires close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus, depth perception, color perception, night vision and peripheral vision; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word and conveying detailed or important instructions to others accurately, loudly or quickly; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels; work requires preparing and analyzing written or computer data, operating machines and observing general surroundings and activities; work frequently requires exposure to outdoor weather conditions and occasionally requires working in high, precarious places and exposure to the risk of electrical shock; work is generally in a loud noise location (e.g. Qualified veteran means a citizen of the United States or a resident alien separated from active duty under honorable conditions from any branch of the United States armed forces: 1) after having served on active duty for 181 consecutive days; OR 2) by reason of disability incurred while serving on active duty; OR 3) who has met the minimum active duty required as defined by Code of Federal Regulations, Title 38, Section 3.12a; OR 4) who has active military service certified under section 401, Public Law 85-202.
