Performs maintenance, repairs, and inspections on plumbing systems such as sinks, water closets, drinking fountains, hot water storage, hot and cold-water lines, copper, brass and iron, sanitary sewers, vents, and storm sewers. Duties include, but are not limited to: Performs duties of a maintenance mechanic which involves maintaining, repairing, installing, troubleshooting, testing, and inspecting of real and personal property in trades such as electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
