Provide analytical support to assist with the asset management function of existing properties, including quarterly valuations, cash management, hold/sell analyses, and other ad hoc sensitivity analyses • Work with 3rd party leasing team to analyze and negotiate new leasing deals • Complete market research - through third-party data providers and communication with local brokers - to compile relevant lease comparable, sale comparable, competitive sets, development pipelines, and general market data • Prepare presentation materials and proposals with responsibility for written and graphic requirements • Annual budgeting and reforecasting in coordination with property management, design & construction, leasing and accounting teams • Execute on or establish an asset's business plan; coordinate with investment partners and participate in meetings with internal teams as well third-party consultants, such as architects, engineers, and marketing agencies, in furtherance of the asset's business plan • Managing refinancing and disposition activities, as they arise • Analyze and manage tracking of various ongoing capital projects in coordination with design & construction teams and property management. • 3-5 years of experience in an analytically rigorous Real Estate or Finance environment • Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career on the principal side • Strong creative problem-solving skills • Effective written and oral communication skills • Proficient in Excel, ARGUS Enterprise, and financial modeling • The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior executives in a highly entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment • Unwavering attention to detail.
