Lead the management of HMCTS's property interests across the estate, overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals, occupation planning, landlord and tenant matters, and other significant property transactions, whilst managing associated risks including lease expiries, security of tenure, landlord disputes and critical occupancy requirements. Build and maintain effective relationships across HMCTS, including Estate Strategy, Facilities Management, Capital Projects and Operational teams, as well as the Judiciary, Ministry of Justice, wider government and the property sector, to ensure asset management supports strategic objectives, investment priorities and best practice.
