Knowledge of the Multifamily market including LIHTC Asset Management, affordable housing finance, real estate finance, transactions and structures, legal contracts (partnership agreements), loan documents, third-party reports (audits, appraisals, needs assessments), cap rates, and credit analysis. The LIHTC Asset Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Own and manage relationships with syndicator partners in the development, construction and operation phases of LIHTC investments.
