Support financial reporting and performance analysis for private debt portfoliosBuild and maintain financial models related to loan structures, cash flow forecasting, and investment returnsMonitor portfolio performance, including interest income, covenant compliance, and risk metricsAssist with deal execution activities, including financial due diligence and underwriting supportPrepare internal and external reporting packages for senior management and investorsPartner with investment, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate data and reportingAnalyze borrower financial statements and track key credit metricsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiativesAssist with audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field3–6+ years of experience in finance, private credit, banking, or asset managementExperience with debt instruments, credit analysis, or leveraged finance preferredStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial systems or data tools is a plusKnowledge of GAAP and financial reporting conceptsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and collaboration skills.
