Prior experience in a leadership or management role •Quick service/fast food or pizza experience preferred •Strong P&L and operations knowledge (food, labor, service times, customer satisfaction) •Ability to hire, train, and retain high-performing teams •Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills •Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license •Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays •High school diploma or equivalent •A passion for doing things the right way and helping others succeed. •Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs •Work in a hot kitchen environment and walk-in cooler •Safely navigate delivery protocols and store procedures •Use hands and arms for food prep, box assembly, and oven operation.
