Preference will be given to candidates with i) a current U.S. Coast Guard engineer (unlimited) license with appropriate STCW endorsements, ii) prior engineering experience in the maritime industry, iii) a Master's degree or higher in engineering, engineering technology or engineering management, iv) interest and expertise in more than one technical area, v) experience in an engineering leadership role, and/or vi) leadership training experience.
