Under the general supervision, the Accommodation Specialist analyzes and interprets students' disability-related documentation, including psycho-educational documentation for determination of accommodations, disability-related support, and learning strategy support through an interactive intake process with students, including students who are Learning Disabled. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse student populations and campus partners, particularly students with disabilities, while addressing educational challenges, supporting learning strategies, facilitating community-building activities, and promoting access, inclusion, and student success.
