Observe lessons and teaching areas for unsafe practices, lift riding, inappropriate terrain choices, poor stopping locations, excessive group separation, environmental hazards, or other conditions that could negatively affect guests or employees. Through active observation, coaching, mentoring, problem solving, and timely intervention, the Supervisor supports instructor performance, guest experience, instructional quality, and the safety culture of the Ski & Ride School.
