Leading a highly cross‑functional team, the LPI integrates engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and service to deliver products that meet performance, safety, reliability, and compliance requirements-while ensuring manufacturability and serviceability at launch. Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering, program, or project leadership roles within a manufacturing, development, or research environment, including demonstrated leadership of global and/or virtual teams and delivery against quality, performance, schedule, and budget expectations.
