Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, the Director of New Student Programs oversees on-boarding programs for new and transfer students and their families and develops, evaluates, and facilitates transitional programming grounded in an understanding of student development theory and incoming students lived experiences. Collaborate with other University offices (e.g., academic departments, athletics, academic affairs, enrollment management, dining, housing, facilities, etc.) to develop appropriate content and foster positive relationships which facilitate the planning and implementation of new student programs.
