3) No records of convictions, administrative findings or history of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children or adults unable to protect their own interest, and conviction of other crimes, including, but not limited to crimes against persons, sex crimes, crimes against property, violation of personal rights, public safety, public morals, or any crimes that would be classified in Kansas as a felony or deemed unacceptable for employment with CLASS. They will own the integrity of all background check processing (including but not limited to, processes pre-employment screening requests such as KDADS, KNAR, DCF Adult/Child Registry and driver’s license checks), monthly screening notifications/tracking for compliance, personnel files maintenance, and filing.
