Assignments vary based on departmental needs and may include front desk operations, office support, residential life/education, facilities support, summer conferences or special events, special projects, and other departmental initiatives. Residential Student Technicians (RSTs) support the daily operations of the Office of Housing & Residence Life by providing customer service, administrative assistance, operational support, and engagement initiatives that contribute to a safe, welcoming, and student-centered residential community.
