The Functional Consultant will serve as a functional SME in the deployment of Workday solutions by advising, designing, configuring, documenting, and testing to ensure that issue resolution and/or projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and meet the specific needs of the client. Performs duties as the functional consultant on Workday projects, by demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise of several Workday functional areas, such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion, Payroll, etc.
