The MMII assists with statewide encampment related service contracts, helps develop and implement policies and procedures, conducts research and analysis, prepares reports, and collaborates with districts, Headquarters, and external partners to strengthen safety, consistency, and effectiveness in encampment related activities. The incumbent is expected to work cooperatively with others, act as program lead on committees and teams, coordinate activities with other agencies and external organizations, take intelligent risks, be able to perform independent research, reach sound conclusions, communicate research findings verbally and in prepared documents.
