Essential Duties: Assist with general construction and building maintenance work such as light concrete patching, roof repair, commercial or industrial painting, repair or replacement of fixture/door hardware, furniture repairs, replacement of light bulbs, installation of signage, and related jobs as needed. Must maintain enrollment in at least 6 credits at LBCC, maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout each term, maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better, and have financial aid in place to be eligible to work in a Work Study student employee capacity at Linn-Benton Community College.
