Job Responsibilities: Completes assigned tasks for periodic housekeeping as directed following departmental policies and procedures including, but not limited to washing walls, cleaning windows, screens, blinds, cleaning and re-hanging draperies, cubicles and privacy curtains, cleaning air conditioners, vents, lights, cleans elevators and completes other projects as assigned. Procedures for floor care are completed in a responsible manner including but not limited to dust/wet mopping, rinsing, stripping and refinishing, buffing, carpet shampooing and extraction, operation and maintenance of the flo0or care equipment, detailing corners and coves, using the appropriate products and adhering to necessary safety precautions.
