Minimum 10 years work experience in chemical, lubricant, specialty chemical, batch manufacturing, process manufacturing, or a closely related industrial production plant environment in various roles of production, quality and management. This position provides daily leadership for plant operations, personnel, production, quality, maintenance, inventory management, and customer fulfillment, while ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
