Perform and lead operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across plant mechanical, process/fluid, and electrical systems, including gas turbines and generators, balance-of-plant equipment, fuel gas, water, compressed/instrument air, HVAC and cooling, and plant electrical systems up to 13.5 kV / 34.5 kV. Serve as the working technical lead on assigned jobs, shifts, and outages: sequence work, coordinate across disciplines, and keep execution aligned with the supervisor's priorities and live plant conditions.
