The incumbent will use artificial intelligence tools and established research methods to gather, validate, analyze, and interpret existing organizational data, records, and information related to key operational areas to generate actionable insights that inform strategic planning, facilitate innovation, improve performance, and advance continuous improvement. Compile, validate, clean, and analyze existing administrative data using appropriate basic and advanced analytic methods to develop analytic products that inform data driven policing efforts, maximize operational impact, and optimize the allocation and deployment of Division resources.
