Working closely with pathologists, laboratory staff, and clinical teams, the Pathologists' Assistant will examine and prepare surgical specimens, document findings, and help ensure specimens are processed accurately and efficiently for diagnosis. Under limited supervision from the Vice Chair of Operations and the Specimen Receiving, Frozen Section, Gross Room Senior Manager and in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, act as Assistant to Pathologist at Yale New Haven Hospital.
