Working under the direction of the General Counsel, the role handles contracts, academic matters, employment and labor issues, due process, student affairs (including Title IX and conduct), regulatory compliance (FERPA, research, accreditation), intellectual property, real estate, and governance. Positions approved to work outside the State of Louisiana shall be employed through Louisiana State University's partner, nextSource Workforce Solutions, for Employer of Record Services including but not limited to employment, benefits, payroll, and tax compliance.
