In this role you will serve as the Colorado Community College System's functional subject matter expert for student fiscal operations, directing systemwide functional work and providing leadership, college-specific training and technical expertise for student accounts receivable, billing, payment processing, rate tables, and related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes across Colorados 13 community colleges. Provides advanced functional troubleshooting, analysis, and support for complex student fiscal processes, including student accounts, billing, payment application, and fee assessment; performs root-cause analysis, resolves systemic issues, and coordinates with colleges, IT, and vendors as needed.
