Provides operational leadership for quality improvement initiatives, emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, and patient safety programs in collaboration with the Compliance Officer and department leadership Supports the development of grant applications, funding proposals, reports, and program evaluations. Oversees the day-to-day operational activities of Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Elders In-Home Services, Optical, Pharmacy, Business Office, Wellness Center, and other assigned programs to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
