Applied generative AI delivery expertise, including the ability to lead solutions using large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, model evaluation, guardrails, and production monitoring within a secure, governed enterprise environment. The TPM will serve as the central coordination point across Business, Product, Technology, Architecture, Data, Security, Finance, Operations, and external partners to deliver AI-powered sales capabilities, Salesforce modernization, mobile experiences, and producer productivity solutions.
