With dedicated resources including specialized support teams, an admission/discharge nurse to manage patient flow, and a strong emphasis on safe nurse-to-patient ratios with built-in leadership presence, you'll provide critical care to a diverse patient population while advancing your expertise in pulmonary and telemetry nursing. Patient population includes COPD exacerbations, pneumonia, acute respiratory failure, COVID-19, influenza, pulmonary embolism, and patients requiring chest tubes, CPAP, BiPAP, and chronic vent management.
