The preclinical research community at McLean offers basic, cell, molecular, and systems neuroscience approaches, complementing neuroimaging, translational and clinical neuroscience targeting a variety of conditions, including (but not limited to) mood and anxiety disorders, drug- and alcohol-related substance use disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders (e.g., autism), and neurodegenerative disorders (e.g., Alzheimer's disease). The Department of Psychiatry at Mass General Brigham (MGB) and Harvard Medical School (HMS) invite applications for a full-time faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level from qualified individuals engaged in basic, preclinical systems neuroscience research aimed to improve understanding of the pathophysiology and treatment of neuropsychiatric, neurodevelopmental or substance use disorders.
