ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)* Assist the Store Manager by assisting with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities;* Scheduling employees for shifts;* Resolving store issues including customer concerns;* Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements;* Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise;* Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and* Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste. REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)Education* High School Diploma or GED required; and* Successful completion of certification testing as needed.
