Deep domain knowledge in at least one of the following process areas is strongly preferred: Finance Operations (AP, AR, Payroll, Financial Close), IT Service Management and internal operations (Helpdesk, incident triage, password resets) or Supply Chain & Procurement (P2P, order management, inventory, logistics). Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, the Business Analyst ensures that automation solutions align with business outcomes, reduce operational complexity, and deliver measurable value.
