ROLE DETAILS Location: Pure Barre Kirkland Department: Operations / Sales & Marketing Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Hours: 25-35 hours per week Pay: $22.00/hour + eligible for monthly bonus Schedule: Availability required during peak hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and events Reports To: Operations Manager and VP of Sales & Marketing KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Studio Performance Own studio-level membership, revenue, retention, and lead generation goals. Execute sales activities, including lead follow-up, appointments, referrals, reactivations, and community outreachMonitor key performance metrics and develop action plans to improve resultsSupport retail sales and member engagement initiatives.
