The Attorney Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role by assisting the Attorney Talent Acquisition (Attorney Recruitment) team with activities related to the sourcing, recruiting and hiring of attorneys, including summer associates, lateral associates, shareholders, and alternative track career attorneys. The Attorney Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with recruiters, hiring shareholders, and firm leadership to identify, attract, and assess high-caliber legal talent across the firm, while helping build strategic talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
