Directly supervises the SSLC executive leadership team including the Assistant Director of Administration (ADOA), Assistant Director of Program (ADOP), Chief Nurse Executive (CNE), Quality Assurance Director, Medical Director, Director of Incident and Risk Management (or equivalent), Special Project Coordinator, Staff Development and Retention Specialist and directly or indirectly supervises other program areas such as Chaplaincy Services, Human Rights, Volunteer Services/Community Relations, and Settlement Agreement coordination. Serves as an active and cooperative partner with state, and community stakeholders including, but not limited to: federal, state and local entities, intellectual disability authorities, provider organizations, family advocacy organizations, faith-based organizations, Volunteer Services Council, business owners, LARs and the individuals served and the general public.
