Qualifications Required: Experience in the automotive detailing industry Proven outside sales, route sales, or account management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with online marketplace platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel daily within the territory Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative work style Availability for evenings and weekends as needed for events Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, including THC. Preferred: Mobile or route sales experience Hands-on experience applying ceramic coatings Familiarity with inventory management and ERP/CRM systems Experience in automotive, home improvement, or consumer goods.
