This role will focus on the design, synthesis, characterization, and commercialization of novel polymers, monomers, oligomers, and functional materials that enable breakthrough performance in lithography, adhesives, and advanced interconnect technologies. This individual will serve as a technical leader, collaborating across R&D, Applications Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, Quality, and Supply Chain to bring innovative materials from concept through commercialization.
