Reporting to the Manager, HSE, the HSE Representative (Night Shift) is responsible for advising, assisting, leading and coaching management and employees with direction and implementation of the companys Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and policies. Excellent judgment; ability to solve problems, develop/implement solutions, strives to understand contributing factors, works to resolve complex situations, and helps individuals to resolve conflicts.
