This position supports day-to-day facility operations by identifying maintenance needs, completing assigned work in a timely manner, and assisting with preventative maintenance, outdoor appearance, and property safety. Assist with preventative maintenance tasks as directed, including filter replacements, routine checks of facility systems, equipment, lighting doors, exterior areas, and other property features.
