The Supervisor must be energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable in leading teams, maintaining a sense of urgency in “Making Success Routine” on the production floor, and building the case for CI initiatives focused on enhancing the stability and reliability of the production line. Equipment used includes various pumps, valves, piping, hose, tanks, machinery, computers and associated software, control panel, forklifts, hand tools, copy machine, label makers and any equipment identified in the role.
