Notify supervisor of supplies needed, damaged linens or hazards to the department to ensure laundry operation is running at maximum efficiency level. Communicate information, respond to question, and provide directions and hotel services to guests, vendors, staff member and management.
Cleans and wipes windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas and hallways, often using ladders or stools to clean hard to reach areas, to maintain a clean, presentable and attractive facility at all times. Retrieves items from shelves and storerooms, sets up cleaning cart with supplies, constantly maintaining carts and storerooms in a clean and orderly fashion to enhance efficiency and ease of cleaning rooms.
This role focuses on delivering an elevated guest experience through order-taking, food delivery, cleanliness, and communication with multiple park departments. • Communicate guest needs, special requests, and service issues with Food & Beverage and park leadership.
p>Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining SGEB Basic Life Support certification and completion of all required training programs. Hawaiian Falls hosts pre-employment certification classes at an approximate cost of $25, which covers the certification course.
