Your Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for providing legal counsel and advice to District 5 staff concerning the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts, funding agreements, joint project agreements, construction agreements, maintenance agreements, intergovernmental agreements, toll operation agreements, permits, and agreements concerning District 5 right-of-way and real property interests, consistent with the direction and advice provided by the District 5 Chief Counsel and the General Counsel.
