You will manage a portfolio of active repair orders for centrifugal pumps (BB1-BB5, OH, VS) serving power generation, refining, water, and industrial customers across the Western U.S. The role is high-visibility, fast-paced, and well-supported by experienced Sales Reps, Shop Leads, and Engineering. Manage customer communication on job status, inspection findings, photos, scope changes, and revised delivery dates; schedule and confirm customer Witness and Hold Points.
