The Director leads a section-based leadership model and partners closely with Section Chiefs (Pediatric Audiology, Hearing Aids, Vestibular Audiology, and Cochlear Implants), the Assistant Director of Audiology/Operations, and the department business office to ensure alignment of clinical operations, academic missions, and financial performance. The Director of Audiology provides overarching strategic, clinical, academic, and operational leadership for the Division of Audiology within the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at MUSC.
