This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate accounting impacts of business initiatives, oversee financial reporting and audit activities, and drive process improvements that ensure accurate, timely, and controlled financial reporting. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, audit, or related accounting roles, preferably within a regulated financial services, banking, captive finance, public company, or similarly complex environment.
