This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led the accounting and finance function within a construction, specialty trades, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or other project-based organization and understands the unique financial dynamics that come with managing projects, labor, job costs, cash flow, and growth. This position will serve as a strategic partner to leadership by proactively identifying operational inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and implementing processes that enhance profitability, scalability, and decision-making across the business.
