The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who can develop staff, manage multiple priorities and projects, maintain accurate records and reports, communicate effectively with internal and external customers, and help ensure safe, well-maintained facilities and exceptional service throughout the community. This position provides supervisory, administrative, and technical leadership for multi-site park and athletic operations, including oversight of the ballfield renovation crew, athletic staff, facility maintenance, turf and irrigation operations, contractor services, special events, and maintenance projects.
