This leader will partner closely with executive leadership to modernize systems, strengthen operational resilience, improve guest and team member experiences, and enable scalable growth across a complex, multi-site operating environment that includes convenience stores, taverns, gaming operations, and integrated resort-hotel-casinos. Working knowledge of technology platforms and operational requirements commonly used in gaming, hospitality, retail, food and beverage, fuel or convenience store operations, including systems availability, cybersecurity, compliance, incident response, vendor management, surveillance integrations, and business continuity.
